WWE Hall of Fame, Class of 1996. Born José Rodriguez in Brooklyn. Four decades on the MSG circuit and across the WWF — then four more decades quietly building the next generation of pro wrestlers.

If you've watched WWE, ECW, TNA, AEW or Impact in the last twenty years you've watched a Johnny Rodz student. WUW's the school he runs out of Gleason's Gym — the same Brooklyn boxing temple that's produced world champions for decades.
